*PLEASE NOTE: due to issues, we are currently utilizing USPS and FedEx for all deliveries domestic and international until these issues can be resolved. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Shipments will be sent via UPS within the United states. For all shipments performed through UPS, we utilize their Carbon Neutral Shipping program which helps offset our packages carbon footprint while they are on their way to your door step. for shipments under 50lbs, we can utilize UPS flat rate shipping to help reduce your costs but also have calculated shipping as an option too if your order is above that amount. if you are looking to make a large order or order a larger sized item please use our quotation form to allow us to get you more accurate shipping estimates.

Lead Times

Domestic

Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Larger orders, custom orders or orders with products out of stock will take longer to process and we will contact you with the according lead time. If a quotation is completed for your order, lead times will be given on the quote. Lead times are according to when a purchase order is made. We recommend for large quantity purchases to perform a RFQ for an accurate lead time.

International

Initial processing times are extended for international orders depending on the overall size and quantity of the order. We recommend due to not being able to estimate international shipping instantaneously through our checkout process, that all international orders have a RFQ performed to properly estimate VAT, shipping costs and shipping times. All international orders are shipped via FedEx.
